Description

Sicily is home to a wide array of native grape varieties, which adds to the diversity of this island's wines. Insolia is one such grape and is rarely found outside Sicily.Insolia loves the hot days and cool nights of the island, helping with the even ripening of the fruit, whilst retaining great levels of acidity. Citrus fruit and almond on the nose give way to richer stone fruit notes on the palate. Try it with a Risotto Verde for a perfect pairing.
