The Essence of the Mediterranean
chardonnay, grenache blanc, rolle, sauvignon blanc, viognier
12%
Seafood, Pasta & Salads

Description

Le Grand Bleu is an organic white from the south of France, made by pioneer Gérard Bertrand. Inspired by the Mediterranean Sea, it blends five French grape varieties, each vinified separately to preserve its character. Fresh and aromatic, it’s a brilliant alternative to Picpoul. It will be perfect with grilled fish or a summer salad.

Tasting Note

This is an interesting blend of white grapes that expresses notes of pear & citrus followed by Viogniers subtle exotic character. The palate is lively and refreshing, marked by a delicious minerality that finishes on a hint of saline.
