Domaine L'Ostal is owned by the JM Cazes family, who also own the prestigious Château Lynch-Bages estate in Bordeaux. This is their first sparkling wine release. They have turned to the region of Limoux, where sparkling wines were first created, long before Champagne. The vineyards are in the foothills of the Pyrénées, where the higher elevation, along with Atlantic and Mediterranean influences, make for ideal conditions to grow grapes for sparkling wines.
The wine is made using the same traditional method used in Champagne, from a blend based on Chardonnay and Chenin Blanc.

No minimum order and if you spend €100 or more we'll deliver your order for free anywhere in Ireland.
Orders are normally delivered within 1-2 working days, (Monday-Friday excluding bank holidays) of you placing the order.
