Description

From a biodynamic co-op in Italy’s Abruzzo region, this smooth Montepulciano is a great introduction to the world of organic wines. Made from organic grapes and left to ferment naturally using wild yeasts, it’s full of concentrated black fruit notes with hints of cocoa and vanilla. Try it with cured meats or pasta dishes.

Tasting Note

Made from organic, wild fermented grapes this has a pronounced nose of black cherries and toast from the oak ageing. The palate is fairly full-bodied with concentrated black fruit notes combined with cocoa, cinnamon and vanilla.
