Description

From a biodynamic co-op in Italy’s Abruzzo region, this is a smooth and rich Montepulciano. The card bag-in-box 3 litre format contains the equivalent of four bottles that is easily recyclable, and has a much lower carbon footprint than the equivalent volume in glass. It is convenient way to pour a glass, when you want, where you want.

Try it with cured meats or pasta dishes.

Tasting Note

Made from organic, wild fermented grapes this has a pronounced nose of black cherries and toast from the oak ageing. The palate is fairly full-bodied with concentrated black fruit notes combined with cocoa, cinnamon and vanilla.
