Description
Established in 1992 at the base of the mountain for which the winery is named, Mt Difficulty was amongst the first estates to plant vines in Central Otago. The Pinot Noir for this wine come from sustainably managed vineyards in the cool-climate Bannockburn sub-region. It opens with vibrant floral notes, savoury brown spice and a savoury earthiness, framed by a core of ripe red berry fruit. The palate is supple and complex with bright red cherry notes, fine ripe tannins before more vibrant red cherry flavours on the lingering finish.Product Reviews
