Description
Third generation winemaker Antoine Olivier teams his love for the soil and the environment with a lively sense of humour. This Santenay’s name is a French pun on the words "cerise", meaning "cherry" and "crise" meaning "crisis". There is no crisis when it come to the wine, however – it’s a lively red with fragrant floral and cherry notes with and a touch of cedar from barrel ageing.
Tasting Note
This Santenay has a pretty nose with floral notes like violet and dark cherry mixed with cedar from barrel ageing with a little tannin and, acidity plus good length.
