The Irish Sun
This very approachable, unoaked Albariño is a wonderful expression of what is possible if the fruit is allowed to work its magic unhindered and with minimal intervention. The fruit comes from young, emerging vineyards across the Salnés valley that develops this lovely saline note on the nose and palate. With a light lemon hue, the palate has crisp acidity, good minerality and notes of lemon, grapefruit, and ripe pear. Long finish. Enjoy with: Clams in cream sauce.
