Penfolds 311 Chardonnay has been made since 2005, a cool climate style made from grapes grown in Adelaide Hills, South Australia and Tasmania. 100% barrel fermented, 10 months maturation in seasoned French oak barriques. Intense white peach and apricot aromas with vanilla notes, these stone fruit characters are matched with refreshing citrus flavours balanced with fresh integrated mineral acidity on the textured palette.Product Reviews
