Description

The historic Penfolds Magill Estate is one of the few single vineyards in the world located within city boundaries. Selected parcels of fruit from 3 blocks produced 1500 cases annually, whilst the Magill Estate Shiraz was first made in 1983 the vineyard has been in production since 1847. Deep crimson in colour, fragrant violet, mulberry and cranberry with toasty notes jump out. Concentrated blackberry, raspberry and mocha oak flavours are held together with fine tannins and balanced with a fresh acidity.
