This lovely organic wine hails from Sicily’s Santa Tresa winery which is run by brother-and-sister team, Stefano and Marina Girelli. A delicate salmon pink with fine, persistent bubbles, it has fresh, fruity aromas and flavours paired with citrus notes. It’s perfect as an aperitif and pairs nicely with shellfish too.Tasting Note
