Description

This lovely organic wine hails from Sicily’s Santa Tresa winery which is run by brother-and-sister team, Stefano and Marina Girelli. A delicate salmon pink with fine, persistent bubbles, it has fresh, fruity aromas and flavours paired with citrus notes. It’s perfect as an aperitif and pairs nicely with shellfish too.

Tasting Note

Fresh fruity notes on the nose and elegant hints of wild strawberry. On the palate the wine is delicate and harmonious, with citrus, fruity nuances and a fresh and pleasant acidity.
