Sophie Schaal Pinot Gris is an organic white wine from Alsace, made by Burgundy-born winemaker Sophie Schaal in Hunawihr. Produced from hand-harvested grapes grown on clay-limestone soils, it is carefully whole-bunch pressed and gently fermented to in French oak barrels. The result is a fuller-style Pinot Gris with structure and subtle spice, making it a versatile food wine.
Serve lightly chilled and pair with roast pork or creamy pasta dishes. Winemaker Sophie Schaal also suggests trying it with jamón or an aged gouda.
No minimum order and if you spend €100 or more we'll deliver your order for free anywhere in Ireland.
Orders are normally delivered within 1-2 working days, (Monday-Friday excluding bank holidays) of you placing the order.
