The Irish Sun
From the Valle del Salnés, this is a light, yellow straw colour in the glass, with a nice aromatic intensity of jasmine, apricot, citrus and green apple. The palate is vibrant, well-structured, and creamy, with zesty acidity and a hint of stony minerality, with notes of apple and stone fruits with a long, concentrated and pleasant, persistent finish. Perfect with: oysters, smoked salmon.
